How do I request an item return?

Before you return an item, you’ll need to send us a picture first so can we verify that it hasn’t been opened and is valid for return. You can do that by contacting the support team and sending them a picture.

Once the return has been approved, follow these steps:

  • Log into Nile Home’s website
  • Go to My Orders page
  • Schedule a pick up by one of our courier services
  • Pack the item in its original packaging

Once the courier picks up your item and delivers it back to us, we’ll inspect it and refund the amount to your Nile Home account wallet. You can then transfer the money wherever you like.

What is your return policy?

You can request a full refund within 14 days from the item’s delivery, as long as it hasn’t been used. If the item you ordered is damaged or not as described on the website, you have up to 30 days to return it.
